Victor Efthimiades speaks at the Loyalty Programs conference in Bratislava
On September 22, 2015 Victor Efthimiades, Axiom’s Director, gave a speech at the Loyalty Programs conference organized by the Slovak Bank Card Association (ZBK) in Bratislava. In his speech, Victor explained the importance of consistent, real-time communication with customers across all channels of interaction with the organization and demonstrated the real-time rewards experience with Merit Loyalty Suite. The event featured a significant panel of speakers from, among others, MasterCard, VISA and O2.
